How much does a membership cost?
Memberships start at $2,500. The best membership option depends on your goals, treatment needs, and desired level of care. We recommend scheduling a discovery session with a Wellness Coordinator to determine the best fit for you.
How does payment work with a membership?
Your membership is paid upfront at the start of your program, and those funds become your personal wellness account. Services such as appointments, lab work, testing, supplements, and treatments are deducted directly from your balance throughout your membership term.
Your wellness coordinator monitors your account and provides ongoing guidance so you always understand how your funds are being used. The goal is to create a seamless experience where most – if not all – of your wellness services are covered within your membership investment.
If you choose services outside of your membership plan, you will still receive your membership discount, but those services would be paid separately.

Your membership begins with a complimentary Discovery Session with a Wellness Coordinator, where we learn more about your goals, concerns, and what you’re looking for in your care experience. From there, you’ll complete a comprehensive intake with a Primary Care Physician to review your health history, current wellness concerns, and personal health objectives.
Next, we take a deeper look at your overall health through an extensive lab panel, with optional advanced testing available, including GI-Map testing, food sensitivity testing, SIBO testing, nutritional genomics testing, and more. Once your results are available, your provider will walk you through the findings and use them to create a tailored, precision medical treatment plan based on your specific needs.
Your treatment plan may also include a personalized supplement protocol featuring high-quality, third-party tested supplements selected based on your comprehensive lab results.
