SHEILA BEE, MD – Internal Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine

Dr. Bee earned her undergrad and medical degrees from The University of Kansas and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at The University of Michigan in 1998. She specializes in lifestyle and mind-body medicine, consulting with patients to implement behavioral changes to prevent chronic health problems and promote optimal wellbeing.

BRIDGET NELSON RDN, LD – Registered Dietician Nutritionist

Bridget Nelson, RDN, LD graduated from University of Maryland and began her training as a Clinical Dietitian Specialist at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and the Johns Hopkins Weight Management Center. Her twenty plus years of experience includes a spectrum of patients and clients including critical care, cardiac rehab, geriatric long term care, pediatrics, pregnancy and gastric bypass. She has furthered her education and received the Certificate of Training for Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Bridget loves teaching others about nutrition and has done so in a variety of settings. She will work with you to come up with a plan that is right for you based on your medical concerns/conditions, goals and lifestyle.

CLAIRE MADEMANN, MS, RD, CSSD – Registered Dietician and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics

Claire brings extensive experience as a dietitian, including full-service fitness facilities, private practices and clinics. Claire’s role at Strata involves supporting patients in feeling their best through a more balanced and wholesome lifestyle, and also engaging in community outreach projects and collaborating with the Food and Beverage + Culinarian teams at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club to optimize the dining experience property-wide.
